Indonesia clears 17 more Brazilian beef plants for export

Approval boosts total to 38 facilities, marking 80% increase

Brazil's Agriculture Ministry said that Indonesia has approved 17 new Brazilian meatpacking plants to export beef to the country, reported Reuters

With the new authorisations, 38 Brazilian meatpackers are now cleared to sell products to the Indonesian market, which represents an 80% increase, the Ministry said in a statement.
