Japan's farm minister says difficulties loom before U.S. beef imports resume

Japan's agricultural minister warned Friday that obstacles remain before Japan resumes imports of U.S. beef, ahead of a meeting between the two countries' leaders in which a partial lifting of Tokyo's nine-month ban is expected to be discussed.
