Telangana Dairy Gets Notice Over 'Vijaya'
INDIA - Andhra Pradesh Dairy Development Cooperative Federation has issued a “cease and desist” notice to its Telangana counterpart asking it to stop the usage of its registered trademark Vijaya and cow logo for marketing the latter’s products.

The notice asked the Telangana state Dairy Development Cooperative Federation “to cease and desist forthwith from marketing milk and other dairy products under any trademark, which is identical with APDDCF registered trademark Vijaya or cow mark which consists of similar or deceptively similar marks with a prefix akin to Vijaya or cow mark.”
