Around 10,800 individuals are expected to meet conditions laid out for the national reserve, the ministry of agriculture has announced.

Computerised quota management systems will oversee application and administration.

Outlining the timely necessity of the revisions, the ministry said in a statement : “This action comes at a moment of crucial importance as there's a huge quota demand from producers because they're increasing their production as a strategic move before the end of the quota regime.”
