First Milk Unveils New Coffee Drink

UK – The versatility of the First Milk brand has been expanded with the release of a flavoured latte milk drink.

Lake District Dairy Co. Caffe Latte is set to be stocked in ASDA shops over the coming days and will be available in two flavours, Original and Vanilla.

The fresh milk drink differs will be made with British Milk and Arabica coffee, explained First Milk marketing director, David Young.

"Lake District Caffe Latte is a tasty combination of British milk and Arabica coffee, creating a more nutritious, smooth, creamy and refreshing latte," said Mr Young.

"Consumers will find Lake District Caffe Latte, made with fresh milk, to be the British alternative to UHT (longlife) coffee brands from Europe, which currently dominate the RTD (ready-to-drink) coffee sector."

"With the launch of Quark, Frumoo and now Caffe Latte, The Lake District Dairy Co. is establishing itself as a versatile brand, capable of entering a number different markets with its nutritious and wholesome approach to dairy."
