The competition, which was organised by agricultural firm Partisan, included tests of written theory, sanitation preparation and machine assemblage.
Practical technique was judged including the milking process and post-milking hygiene practice. Instruction giving for new operators was also assessed.
The winner, Ermolina Natalia, will participate in a national contest to be held in St Petersburg in September.
