US beef exports to Korea top $200M in April - USMEF
Volume down 14% in April as won weakness weighs on demand

By: US beef exports to South Korea reached 20,206 metric tons in April, down 14% from a year ago, while value fell 7% to $200.2 million, according to the US Meat Export Federation. It was the second consecutive month that export value to Korea exceeded $200 million.
Through April, exports to Korea were 6% below last year in volume at 76,448 mt and 4% lower in value at $753.8 million.
