Brazil is seeking a "small quota" of Japan's beef market to prove the quality of its meat, Reuters reported, citing Agriculture Minister Carlos Favaro on Friday.

The minister told reporters that Brazil would open up its market for Japan's Wagyu beef in exchange for access to the Asian nation's beef and pork markets.
