BSE Scare is to Boost Sales of Organic Meat Products in North America

NORTH AMERICA - Research and Markets has announced the addition of The North American Market for Organic Meat Products to their offering. High market growth is forecast as consumers fear for food safety raises consumer demand for organic meats, which are perceived to be healthier than non-organic meats. The Canadian organic meat market expanded by 35% in 2003 because of the BSE scare, and the US market is expected to show similarly high growth in 2004.
