New case of mad cow disease in Poland

POLAND - A new case of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), or mad cow disease, has been detected in Poland, the countrys veterinary service told AFP. The disease was detected in a cow from a herd in Krzemieniec," the head of the national veterinary service, Krzysztof Jazdzewski, said Friday.
