Higher purchases in southern Brazil met easing demand elsewhere as the football World Cup ended and School holidays begun, report analysts at the Centre for Advanced Studies on Applied Economics.
Marginal increases for producer milk prices and the gross milk price were confirmed. Processed forms, such as UHT, averaged 2.299 reals per litre and mozzarella managed 12.856 reals, a 3 per cent and 0.136 per cent increase.
