National Mastitis Council Held in Belgium

BELGIUM - The annual National Mastitis Council Regional Meeting has been held at the University of Ghent in Belgium.

Long standing member and sponsor DeLaval pleased to attend the conference once again during its first time being held in Europe.

The National Mastitis Council is a non-profit organisation dedicated to reducing mastitis and enhancing milk quality. Among the many activities the NMC facilitates, among them are the funding of research and providing education opportunities for the dairy industry.

During the conference’s third and final day DeLaval hosted it own event.

Speakers Nils Älveby, Tom Hemling, A.J. Bradley, Rupert Bruckmaier and Johanna F.Besier contributed their collective expertise on the subject of “Proper Milk Extraction”. The event was moderated by Charlotte Hallén Sandgren.

The event was live streamed from the University of Ghent Aula.
