UK - Dairy Crest has announced plans to sell its recently acquired processing plant in Whitland, Carmarthenshire, reports DairyCo.

Dairy Crest purchased the plant in March 2013 from Proper Welsh Milk for £325,000.
Dairy Crest say the proposed closure is due to low sales and high costs. A consultation period is now underway over the proposed closure.
