Daily Dairy Trading: All Spot Commodities Except Butter Close Higher, Tuesday
US – Small increases were reported across the spot market, while Butter stayed unchanged, selling well at $1.6600.

Extra Grade Nonfat Dry Milk listed an increase of 1.75 cents, the biggest gain in the spot market on Tuesday, taking the final price to over $2 per pound at - $2.0400.
This is according to the Agricultural Marketing Service at the US Department of Agriculture, which also reported two trades saw Grade A Nonfat Dry Milk gain 0.25 cents, closing the day on $2.0600.
A ten cent gap was maintained between Cheddar values as Blocks edged 0.75 cents higher to $1.8800 and Barrels lifted 0.50 cents to $1.7800.
Futures prices reported two cent losses for Class III December milk, at $19.09, while Class IV was unchanged on $21.44.
Class III closed lower for all near term contracts, finishing eight, eleven, five and seven cents lower for January, February, March and April respectively.
Whey lifted half a cent higher to $0.6000.
December Cheese closed 0.40 cents lower, at $1.8680.
