Director Resigns at Fonterra
NEW ZEALAND – Fonterra announced the resignation of Chris Caldwell, managing director of people culture and services on Monday due to personal reasons.

Mr Caldwell’s responsibilities will be assumed by CEO Theo Spierings and Cooperative CFO, Luka Paravincini.
Mr Spierings said he respects Mr Caldwell’s decision and acknowledged the ‘significant contribution’ he has made over his five year tenure.
