There was little movement across many commodities despite Butter registering five trades and Cheddar Blocks registering three trades which closed on $1.6100 and $1.7500 respectively.

This meant both traded below the prior week average as Blocks sold nine lots and Barrels sold 12.

Friday’s only mover was Grade A Nonfat Dry Milk after one batch sold for $1.8300, one cent higher.

Extra Grade standards held at $1.7800 throughout the week.

Butter held around $1.6100 after gaining six cents the previous week as Cheddar Blocks dropped 3-4 cents after averaging $1.8010.

Futures trading saw stability as Class III October milk managed a close of $17.96 on Friday after closing on $17.92 on Monday.

Class IV built through the week from $20.10 ending on $20.19.
