This maintains a strong run of trades which has continued to push Butter values higher, now 6.5 cents above the prior week average after over 70 trades were reported last week.

Cheddar on the other hand slipped back. One offer was made for Blocks of $1.7825, down 1.25 cents and three barrels were sold, down 2.25 cents at $1.7450.

This means almost four cents separates the cheese quantities.
