US – Spot price Butter sold well yesterday registering ten trades and lifting prices a cent higher to $1.4500.

Tuesday saw Butter lift further on recent gains, leaving the price 2.22 cents above the prior week average.
Cheddar Blocks closed at $1.8200 after two trades increased values by one cent to $1.8200.
Futures trading closed up for Class III September Milk, up two cents to $18.16. Class IV stayed put on $19.42.
September Cheese edged higher to $1.7940, Whey followed suit closing up to $0.5825.
Butter futures lifted over a cent to $1.4475.
