Daily Dairy Trading: September Class III Milk Closes Down 43 Cents, Monday
US – The week opened with lower prices bid for spot market Cheese and Butter as September class III milk closed down 43 cents at $17.80.

Two Butter offers moved the market down a cent to $1.3600 where one trade was reported.
Likewise, Cheddar Blocks lowered by 2.25 cents to $1.7550, Barrels slipped further, down three cents to $1.7350 although no trades were registered.
Futures saw Class III August Milk down to $18.02 while Class IV stayed unchanged on $19.15.
