Daily Dairy Trading: Butter Trades 1.75 cents lower, Wednesday
US – Spot price butter dropped 1.75 cents yesterday, leaving the latest price on $1.3800.

Elsewhere in the spot market no trades were made meaning no recovery was possible on cheddar values. This leaves cheese prices below last week’s average of $1.7885 for Blocks and Barrells - $1.7870.
Futures trading saw August Class III milk lift two cents to $18.13, Class IV sat unchanged on $19.15.
August Cheese was a non-mover after Monday's bump to $1.7860.
Butter closed down half a cent to $1.4200.
