Butter and Cheese Exhibitors Impress at Vologda Show
RUSSIA – Variety and flavour of Russian butter and cheese products was flaunted at a recent tasting ceremony which took place in Vologda region this week.

The event was used to showcase the entire ‘Vologda product’ although 83 items from 14 different regions of Russia were exhibited.
Nicholas Anischenko , head of the department of agriculture, food supply was congratulated for the high achievements shown by the processors.
All aspects of the industry are advertised in cheese and butter products, he said. Agricultural cooperatives, engineers, processing plants and food technicians all operate under national agricultural policy.
