Daily Dairy Trading: Spot Butter Sells for $1.43, Monday
US – Butter spot calls dropped 6 cents per pound on Monday to close on $1.4300.

Down from last week’s average of $1.4850, cash butter fell below July futures Butter to $1.4860.
Cheddar prices fell dramatically. Two trades for Blocks sold for $1.7275, 2 cents lower and Barrels dropped 4.25 cents to $1.6975.
Non-fat dry milk saw no trading.
Futures trading saw Class III July milk finish on $17.35 and Class IV close on $19.04.
August Class III milk closed 37 cents lower on $17.89.
