Rains Force Vaccination Period Extension
PARAGUAY – The National Animal Health and Quality organisation (SENASA) has decided to extend the second foot and mouth disease vaccination schedule after torrential and unrelenting rains have prevented farm access.

Fields and roads have flooded meaning reaching isolated areas and gathering cattle from pastures into corrals has been impossible.
As a result, the vaccination period has been extended to July 14 with registration open until July 26.
