Daily Dairy Trading: June Class III Edges Lower to $18.02

US – Several trades on Wednesday saw Cheddar Blocks lose one cent, closing down to $1.6775.

One offer was made for both Cheddar Barrels and Butter, both below yesterday’s price. Butter was four cents lower to $1.4275 per pound and Barrels fell 1.75 cents to $1.6400.

A quiet day was had across both grades of Non-fat dry milk with no activity reported in the spot price market.

June Class III futures edged down to $18.02 with Class IV unchanged on $18.94. June Cheese closed down to $1.7770.
