Daily Dairy Cash Trading: Values Remain Unchanged, Thursday
US – Dairy spot prices closed the day unchanged on Thursday as commodities were valued below or level with last week’s average.

With four trades AA standard butter remained unchanged at $1.5400 per pound making a current week average of $1.5417 below the previous week of $1.5710.
One offer was made on 500 pound Cheddar blocks which closed at $1.7400, this leaves the weeks average price at $1.7450 on 11 units, a 1.5 cents drop from last week’s.
Cheddar barrels endured a quiet day of trading and closed unchanged at $1.7075. Values have been over 2 cents lower this week on the previous week’s average.
Little movement in non-far dry milk sees weekly averages and prices unchanged at last week’s level and unchanged from Wednesday.
