Agricultural Bank to Support Milk Producers
RUSSIA - The Russian Agricultural Bank, Rosselkhozbank and the National Union of Milk Producers (Dairy Union) are to work together on investments in the airy sector.

The agreement between the two is aimed at the implementation of the State Programme of development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food for the period 2013 - 2020, as part of the development of milk production and processing.
The Agricultural Bank is to continue lending to the sector for the production and processing of milk, including the financing investment projects aimed at development, technical and technological modernisation of the agricultural sector, involving SOYUZMOLOKO – the Dairy Union.
The implementation of this agreement will increase the production and processing of milk, increase the sales of dairy products, as well as to create favourable conditions for the access of agricultural products to the markets, which will ultimately increase the popularity of the domestic consumption of natural dairy products.
