The government scheme, enacted by the National Service for Agriculture and Livestock Health and Food Safety (NSALHFS), started on Novemeber 12 and has been met with cooperation from ranchers.

The programme, which focuses on vaccinating cattle under 2 years old, has been a part of the requirements the FMD eradication programme promoted by NSALHFS.

The scheme hopes to extensively vacciante the young cattle population which the government says shows the social commitment of the organizations and associations to preserve cattle health.
