US - A compliance guide has been published by the Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) to provide beef slaughter establishments with an informational resource on pre-harvest management controls for reducing E. coli O157:H7 shedding in beef cattle.The guidelines suggest numerous methods on how producers can reduce the risk of E.coli in cattle.
