UK - TESCO and Morrison supermarkets are continuing to protest their innocence over allegations of collusion on milk pricing in 2002 and 2003.

They are the only two retailers from the original allegations still being investigated by the Office of Fair Trading which issued further evidence at the end of last week, said to support its earlier findings, reports Howard Walsh for FarmersGuardian.

According to his report, Tesco said it had already made clear it had not colluded with anyone on milk price and would continue to defend itself. Morrisons said it still firmly believed there were no reasonable grounds for the OFT’s allegations.
