California Lawmakers Introduce Bill to Require Testing All Cattle for Mad Cow
SACRAMENTO - California would become the only state in the nation that tests every head of cattle for mad cow disease under a bill offered Thursday by a pair of Democratic state senators. State Sen. Jackie Speier, D-San Diego.Source: Miami Herald
