Butter closed down 0.25 cents to $1.4300 and one bid for NDM Grade A was 0.25 cents up, leaving the latest call on $1.7825.

Lack of market activity saw Cheese prices remain unchanged on $1.7600 for Barrels and $1.7625 for Blocks. This follows a turbulent pattern of trading which has lifted spot Cheddar values over the week.

Class III August milk closed down 7 cents to $17.82, below Class IV milk which ended the day on $19.32.

August Cheese moved to $1.7490.
