Green Light for JBS Takeover

JBS has informed the Commission for Moveable Assets in the Sao Paulo stock exchage, Bovespa, that National Beef's major shareholder, US Premium Beef LLC has approved the sale, which was announced on 14 March.

US Premium beef has more than 2,100 members from 36 states in the US.
