GLOBAL – Whole Milk Powder lifted to leave the Global Dairy Trade index one per cent higher, the third positive result in a row.
Powder closed up 3.8 per cent with Rennet Casein the other main mover up 3.3 per cent.
Skim Milk Powder edged one per cent higher.
The index has stabilised over the last two months after slipping to five year lows on 2 December.
Butter Milk Powder, Anhydrous Whey Fat and Anhydrous Milk Fat slid between four and 6.4 per cent. No Lactose was offered.
