SPAIN - The restriction zone imposed by Spanish authorities to manage the Bluetongue outbreak in southern Spain has been extended.
Movement restrictions now apply to more districts within the three southern regions of Andalusia, Castile La Mancha and Extremadura.
The announcement is to control serotype four of the virus, with the rest of mainland Spain under restrictions for serotype one, barring islands which are unaffected.
