Whether it’s learning from some of the 50 seminar sessions scheduled for each day, investigating the very latest cutting edge dairy technology and equipment, finding out more from the practical demonstrations or seeking advice from some of the 450 plus exhibitors at the UK’s largest show for dairy farmers.

Main Features

Robots: the world’s first combined live robotic feeding and milking system demonstration at an exhibition featuring 40 loose housed cows milking though a Lely Astronaut A4 system, fed by a Lely Vector automatic feeding system. This feature will be complemented with a display of robotic equipment from the world’s leading milking machine and machinery manufacturers.

4x4 and UTV test drives: put the latest UTVs and some of the most popular work horse 4 x 4s through their paces on the venue’s 2km off-road test tracks. Makes include Isuzu and Land Rover ranges plus a company trained instructor. UTV makes feature John Deere, JCB and Polaris.

Forage Field Exhibition: a practical demonstration offering seven steps for success in forage production including a look at soil health and the effects of compaction, reseeding v over seeding, and plate metering advice.

Focus on Feet: Healthy Feet, a feature designed to help dairy farmers reduce the number of lame cows within the herd with interactive mobility scoring with accompanying footage, supported by DairyCo. Also foot trimming demonstrations featuring the most popular techniques supported by independent commentary.

Free Seminars: over 50 interactive seminars will be taking place over both event days. The Feed Science Forums, Business Debates and Farm Health Planning Seminars will provide innovative and interactive sessions. Dairy Pro points will be available.
