Course Offers Help on Milk Package

SPAIN – Fair and efficient milk supply chain economics are being relayed in a course at the National Centre for Agricultural Training this week.

Milk package implementation is being taught through nineteen hours of classes, starting on Tuesday and ending today, in San Fernando Henares, near Madrid.

The classes will offer a mix of theoretical and practical exercises to explore the current and future situation within the dairy sector, with particular emphasis placed on supply contracts. 

Sheep and goat milk contracts are also covered by the course which is part of a national programme to develop sustainable growth in rural areas.

The ‘Training Programme for National Technicians and International Institutions for Sustainable Development in Rural Areas 2013’ is 50 per cent financed by then National Rural Network.
