In The Cattle Markets: Recent Prices Flat to Higher08 February 2013
US - Cattle prices last week were flat to higher depending on the region and weight class examined, writes Glynn Tonsor, Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural Economics, Kansas State University.
The 5-area fed cattle live price for the week was $125.18 while Nebraska yearlings traded at $150.61. Corn prices were up slightly for the week trading at $7.67 in Omaha.
