Default I am new to this

We have a calf that is 2 weeks old and has been very sick since birth. The mother abanded the calf and the farmer almost gave up. We brought the calf home and have been bottle feeding it 2 times a day and seems to be doing goodbut, I noticed the front leg joint was a lil bigger than the rest yesterday. Today it is alot bigger, could this be joint ill and what can I give him.
