Default 1 teat slow to milk

Hi everyone,

We have a couple of cows that are very slow to milk on one of their teats. And in order to get the udder empty we have to apply some pressure to the branch or hold it at an angle. The other teats milk just fine. I know that some possibilities are trauma causing a bit of blockage or maybe even a flap of skin inside the teat like a small wart but it doean't seem to be either of those things. Has anyone any ideas. Apparently there are one or two cows each year that get it.

Many thanks
