Default PureBreed bull with constipation

Hello all,
We have a semmental 1yr old bull calf with what we believe is a severe case of constipation. he won't eat grass of pass stool. he is very weak and is staggering. we have been doseing his with both castor and parifin oil since monday to no avail. now his sides have became hollow.
the animal has been feed meal on a twice daily basis 1/8 of a 1 gallon bucket, not ad-lib, we have been informed that he may have a not in his stomach. we have water with a hige content of sulpher since we bore a well last year.

any ideas on best course of action.

Get a vet in, it is possibly 'tortion' or twisted intestine, in which case he will be suffering, rather have this checked by a professional rather than on line advise.
