Default Suggestions on a Lame cow

I have a Beef cow that is 5 years old and seems to have some trouble with Lameness.

I bought her in April of this year and as soon as I got her home she had a limp to her. Some days worse than others. So I had the Vet out to look at her in April also. She found no issues with her Feet and even retrimmed them a bit just in case. there was a stone dug out of one of her hoofs (the one she has trouble with...)

But other than that nothing. She does walk on the hoof and goes out to pasture daily for 8 to 12 hours normally. but of course when she walks and such she will arch her back and sort of shuffle along.

I also tried asprin and Rubbing her down with horse linament 2 times a day for a few weeks.

Nothing seems to work... Does anyone have any other suggestions?

She is to calf Nov 8th so I of course do not want to cull her and so forth but I would really like to help her. she is an excellent cow and always well behaved.

We have a dirt barn floor and they get good feed daily.

As your vet has eliminated the obvious causes, foot rot and injury (the stone might have been the reason, but would have healed by now), you need to consider arthritis or a broken bone in the joint.
